Dr. Vinita Pant Shares Expertise at Nashik Pathology Conference
Dr Vinita Pant from the Centre for Oncopathology (CoP) was invited as faculty at The Pathologists Association Meeting, Nashik, held in association with the Nashik Practicing Pathologists Association.
Dr Pant delivered a lecture on “Practical Issues in the Diagnosis of Endometrial Carcinomas”, highlighting real-world diagnostic challenges and the evolution of endometrial carcinoma classification to its current form, including the role of molecular classification. The session was richly illustrated with case examples diagnosed at the Centre for Oncopathology, bringing theory and practice together for the audience.
The conference was well attended by around 85 delegates, including practicing pathologists from Nashik and faculty and students from Dr. Vasantrao Pawar Medical College, Hospital & Research Centre, Nashik. Through such academic engagements, CoP continues to contribute to capacity building in oncopathology and to strengthening diagnostic excellence in women’s cancer care.
